Yes! We make servicing your Toyota as convenient as possible. You can use our Early Bird/Night Drop Box, located right at the front of our service drive. Simply fill out an envelope (pens are provided), drop in your keys and our team will contact you once your vehicle has been checked in the next business day.

Is my repair covered under warranty?
Your Toyota New Vehicle Warranty covers repairs for 36 months or 36,000 miles from the date of purchase. If your vehicle is still within that time or mileage window, there’s no inspection fee. Once we diagnose the issue, our technicians will determine whether the repair qualifies under your factory warranty.

When is the best time to bring in my vehicle?
At Toyota Pasadena, every day is a good day to take care of your vehicle. We’re open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.- 6 p.m., and Saturday from 7 a.m.- 4 p.m. — with a full staff ready to serve you during all operating hours. How often should I service my vehicle?
Toyota recommends bringing your car in for maintenance every 5,000 miles or about every 5-6 months. Staying on schedule helps protect your investment, keep your Toyota running at its best, and maintain coverage under ToyotaCare or extended warranty plans.

Do I have to wait while my vehicle is being serviced?
Not at all! We offer complimentary Lyft rides within a 7-mile radius of our Pasadena service center. Drop off your vehicle, head to work or home, and we’ll notify you as soon as your Toyota is ready for pickup.1

Is my service still covered under ToyotaCare?
ToyotaCare provides complimentary maintenance for 24 months or 25,000 miles from the purchase date, whichever comes first. If you’re unsure about your current coverage, our advisors can look up your VIN and help verify what services are still included.
