I’ve been taking my truck to the Pasadena service dept for the past few years. Since Stephanie left, I’ve been taking my truck to her husband Chris. He has done a great job making sure I’m updated on everything as they’re working on it. Both are the kindest and most personable and you can tell they truly care about their clients.

We have consistently had good experiences with the Toyota Pasadena Service department. This time when we had to bring our Camry in for its regular maintenance, our service advisor, Stephanie, helped us with some additional small concerns also. She communicated well, and kept us informed with everything going on. We were presented with options for a fix, but never felt pressured into doing any service we did not want to do at the time. We received the car back when promised and are very happy overall with the care the team always provides.

Daniel (Service Advisor) and Technician Raul were both professional, courtesy and friendly. We took our 2025 RAV4 in due to a small minor moonroof issue where a nearby dealership was going to charge us $200 to diagnose the issue even though the car is still under warranty. Daniel and Raul fixed the issue, showed us the problem area and main the entire process pain free. Thank you Toyota Pasadena!

I'm actually pretty annoyed at Toyota if Pasadena. The car buying was totally fine, the sales folks were friendly and prepared, I'm happy with my price and the process. So that's why my stars aren't lower. But there's a very bad feeling that comes with being treated one way when your a prospect, and then seemingly totally different as soon as the company has your money. I came in today to make an agreed upon payment. The finance person I had been working with wasn't in today, and the receptionist said the other finance person could see me in half an hour. She said if I had any errands I could do them and come back. I went across the street, came back in under 20 minutes. I let the receptionist know that I had returned, she left to (I assume) tell the finance person I was back. Then I waited another hour. I finally flagged down one of the sales folks who had helped me previously, he went and talked to finance, they called me over, and said "How can I help you?" Had no idea why I was there, that I had arrived 90 minutes earlier, or if/why I was waiting for them. After trying to blame me for not being visible (I was in very plain sight, close to the finance office), I got a half-baked apology before they readily took my payment and I was dismissed. I don't want bowing and stooping, I don't need "yes sir" or anything like that, but I definitely don't need my time wasted. So a generally positive experience was marred by a generally negative one that slightly makes me regret my purchase from this location.

We purchased the new Bz woodland at this dealership and Koko made this the best experience ever. I have purchased a total of three cars each from a different Toyota dealership (Valley Hi, Hollywood, Pasadena). So I can really say that Koko gave us the absolute best experience! He put us as ease and we had a lot of fun during the whole process. He was warm and friendly and didn't put any extra pressure on us, instead he dignified us as valued customer. We are very happy with our car and we want to give special thanks to Koko who helped us this past June.

Patron was very helpful and clear. From getting us all the info to finalizing paperwork, He made the whole process easy and fast.
