This location have great employees, they greeted you with a smile and it doesnt feel like they are rushing you. Service is fast too you dont have to wait too long.

Chris always takes good care of me and really understands customer service. I keep coming back because every person I’ve ever worked with at Toyota Pasadena has been great. I never feel over-sold or treated as a girl who doesn’t know about cars. I can’t say that about any other dealer than Toyota—specifically Pasadena. I keep coming back and buying Toyotas because of the great service!

Great experience at Toyota Pasadena Service Department! The staff were friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. The wait time was reasonable and not too long, and the waiting area has coffee and comfy sofas, which made it even better. This was my first service for the car I bought here, and they even reminded me when it was time for service. Making the appointment was quick and easy.

My Girlfriend bought her car here , no missed or late payments . She also purchased 2 ,5 time service packs. 10 total . We all know how emails can get missed . And that is what happed with her last service. Missed by month. Mostly because we go by the sticker. She mostly takes shorter commutes. So with it missed. They customer servie line said they would approve the last service. We went in customer service had a mix up and they couldn't find the approval. 30 min on the phone nothing. Then we talked to Eddie Arteaga the manager there and he Approved the last service Right away. Thats a Big W on in house customer service. If the person at the desk cant help always have a quick check in with the Management. We appreciate everything 🙏. (Everyone knows if your Girlfriend is happy then all is Good).

Very good experience. The workers were nice and helpful. They also have a very nice waiting area with an awesome coffee/espresso machine. A+ service. They took care of my Toyota Highlander Hybrid for an oil change and a recall on rear seat controls. They completed service in one day.

I think Toyota of Pasadena has done a really good job of shedding a previous reputation and building a new business model with its customers that values honesty and craftsmanship… I am cautiously optimistic that I will continue servicing my car here once my service agreement expires
