I made an appointment a day prior for 7am drop off to do a recalled software update. I went in at 7, they said it'd take 2-3 hours. I went in got a cup of coffee and went home. They notified me at 1030 the car was ready. Quick and painless. This was for a safety recall and not a paid service so they let me be. Didn't try to peddle anything on me and sell services.
