Hands-Free Liftgate

When your hands are full with bags of groceries or heavy luggage, Sequoia’s available hands-free liftgate takes the pressure off by giving you an extra hand. Simply wave your foot under the rear bumper with the key fob in your possession and the liftgate opens so you can easily access your belongings. After loading or unloading, press the Close-and-Lock button; Sequoia’s rear sensor will detect when you’re away from the area and automatically close and lock all your doors.

Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension

Paired with the available Load-leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension, Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) allows the shock absorber to vary the damping force depending on road conditions. Whether off-roading or going through heavy snow fall, available Multi-Terrain Select allows you to choose from five modes to help improve your traction by automatically adjusting the engine throttle and traction control. Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control

Intended for highway use, Full-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC) lets you drive at a preset speed. DRCC is designed to function at speeds of 25-110 mph and uses vehicle-to-vehicle distance control, helping maintain a preset distance from the vehicle ahead of you.

Lane Departure Alert With Steering Assist

By detecting visible white/yellow lane markings at speeds above 32 mph, Lane Departure Alert (LDA) is designed to issue an audio/visual alert if an inadvertent lane departure is detected.

Lane Tracing Assist

When Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC) is enabled and lane markers are detectable, Lane Tracing Assist (LTA) uses the lines on the road and/or preceding vehicles to help keep the vehicle centered in its lane.

Road Sign Assist

Using an intelligent camera, Road Sign Assist (RSA) is designed to detect speed limit signs, stop signs, Do Not Enter signs and yield signs, and display them on the Multi-Information Display (MID).

Automatic High Beams

The Automatic High Beams (AHB) safety system is designed to help you see more clearly at night at speeds above 25 mph. The AHB system can detect the headlights of oncoming vehicles and taillights of preceding vehicles, then automatically toggles between high and low beams accordingly.

When you enable the available Wi-Fi Connect, you can turn your Sequoia into a hotspot with 4G connectivity. This standard feature allows up to five devices to stay connected to favorite apps for work or play while conserving battery power and data for every device.
