My daughter found a used Rav4 Hybrid online and we went to test drive the car at Toyota of Pasadena. Initially, we had several options to consider her next car and visited other dealers also. However, the way they run Toyota of Pasadena with sales representatives like Thomas and Tony was more than assuring to make a decision to purchase the car with them. They were quite professional, courteous, informative and quick to work without any number gaming. They were even sincere; you and I know how rare that is with used car sales. When we made a deal, we were introduced to the financing department which was run by Alex, another professional pleasant to work with. In short, my husband, my daughter and i left this dealer with a find used Rav4 Hybrid with smiles. Highly recommend them if you consider any Toyota cars!

Thoroughly professional

A warning went up re: my tail light so I called and was told they could “squeeze me in.” 3 1/2 hours later the mechanic stated that nothing was wrong. While I appreciated being seen without a real appointment, it would have been better to be informed that it could take 3-4 hours to be serviced. Had I known that, I would have made an appointment for another day.

The staff at Toyota of Pasadena are all very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Everything was so smooth from the moment I arrived to the time they returned my car. I felt safe and relaxed during my entire visit. The printout after the service thoroughly explains what was done.

I recently purchased a used Toyota Camry at Pasadena Toyota. Frankly, I dreaded the idea of purchasing from a dealership — I've had some bad experiences in the past with other dealers. This time was different. It was fairly easy with no pushy, high-pressure sales tactics. The place was clean and looked to be run efficiently. The staff were friendly and courteous. The negotiation process went without a glitch. My salesperson, Koko Toubedjian, offered us a cup of coffee while we waited for the paperwork to finish. It went quicker than I expected. We barely had time to drink our coffee before we were signing the closing documents. Everything went smoothly from the time we walked through the door to driving the car off the lot. I suppose I owe much of this to our salesperson Koko. He was great, pleasant to deal with, and made the process painless. I would highly recommend stopping by Toyota Pasadena if you're in the market for a car.

In spite of the fact that my reason for seeking service on my car was laughable (tire pressure light) Chris was considerate and took the matter seriously. We bantered about the weather and tire pressure. We discussed the independence of the different Toyota service centers in the SGV and the merits of Pasadena Toyotas department. All in all, he convinced me that in the future I will return here for my service needs.

This was my first time to this location.was referred by a friend.Drove 30miles for a second opinion.Miguel Santiago and Marcelo helped me.It was quick,easy and they help me out with all my questions and concerns. Thank you so much Marcelo you are awesome. Will definitely be back!

Went in for a 12V battery replacement under warranty and that went flawless. Few scratches where the trunk mat needs to be lifted, but that buffed off. I took off a star because after the 12V was replaced, the dashcam didn't work. Not sure if the tech unplugged it or what not since it worked perfectly fine before, but had to go back the next morning to get it fixed. Told me they held down the on button and it fixed it, but I did the same and that didn't work. Not sure if they're trying to cover-up something, but in the end it did work. Recommend John Subee, he worked with me through all of this. PS: The actual people who work on your car don't come in till 8 AM.

Louie was a great help and kept me updated throughout the replacement of my cars catalytic converter.

I went in for my first oil change, and Stephanie Martinez really took care of me. She originally gave me a 2-hour wait time, but I mentioned that I had work in 2 hours and asked if it could possibly be done in an hour and a half. Stephanie went above and beyond by having another technician help out, and they finished everything in about 40 minutes. Amazing service! Thank you, Stephanie!

Freddy in the service department kept me updated every step of the way while my Camry was being serviced there. Labor charges were a bit pricey, but that's how it is at the dealership. They did a great job!

John was straightforward and kept things simple for my service appointment. Very amiable guy and was helpful. Communicated when there was a delay.

Toyota Pasadena made an offer no other dealerships could compare to. I live in Riverside and drove all the way to Pasadena for a 2026 Camry LE. I was asked to put a deposit down and was provided the pencil for the vehicle one week prior. I was in and out within an hour. Patron helped us out and he had the car washed before my arrival. Things couldn’t have gone smoother.

And also met the quiet boss man Javier (told me he just washes cars LOL) who confirmed why the energy is so good at Pasadena Toyota, it starts at the top, great, nice leader, you have all the employees reflecting that energy. Not to mention Fred in Service crawled under my truck to confirm that the Cat shield was indeed installed, and they installed my bedcover prior to my pick up which was extra and very much appreciated. Came in. Saw a couple of trucks I really liked. Coco, my sales rep insisted I drive both vehicles before making a decision and was able to answer all of my questions, get me the deal that I wanted and even delivered my new truck right to my driveway. I'm an old fashioned Cash and Carry kind of guy and appreciate low pressure and good service. Toyota Pasadena treated me very well. Would definitely recommend.
